A dispersible antihistamine and montelukast tablet for children, used to relieve allergic rhinitis, cough, wheezing and itching.
Bilastine 10 mg & Montelukast 4 mg Dispersible Tablets (Bilchem-M Kid) is a combination medicine in a child-strength dose, used to treat allergic conditions of the nose and airways in children. Bilastine is a non-sedating antihistamine that blocks histamine, the chemical responsible for sneezing, runny nose, itching and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks the chemicals that cause swelling and tightness in the airways, helping to reduce cough, wheezing and nasal congestion.
Together, Bilastine and Montelukast work in two ways to control allergy symptoms and help children breathe more comfortably. The tablet is dispersible, which means it dissolves easily in water and is easier for children to take. Bilchem-M Kid by Swisschem Healthcare provides Bilastine 10 mg and Montelukast Sodium (equivalent to Montelukast 4 mg) in a convenient dispersible tablet form.
